Bike Festival Schedule

THURSDAY EVENTS

5:00pm - 7:00pm

PACKET PICK-UP & In-Person Registration Opens

Join us on the lawn at Peaked Sports and Yeti’s for a fun evening to kick off the 10th Annual Wydaho Rendezvous Bike Festival and Labor Day Weekend 2019.

Packet and wrist band pick up and on-site registration will be open during the event. All festival attendees will receive a special gift from Peaked Sports at Thursday nights event and Yeti’s post will be offering discounted dinner to attendees with a wrist band.

Adult Registration $129, no swag bag guarantee
Online registration ends Monday, August 26th at Midnight.

KIDS 6-12 $40
Kids 5 and under can attend the festival, but if they want a lift pass and wrist band they need to register under the kid category.

Skills Clinic Registration
We are only available to registered attendees and cost $40/clinic. *Registration limited to 10-12 registrants per clinic*

Discounted Lift Tickets
Come ride the lifts all weekend with a $50 festival pass.  Just a bit more than a single day.

WRIST BAND/Lift Pass/Swag PICK-UP

Registration Tent at Grand Targhee Resort. We are here to assist you with onsite registration, clinic and ticket purchases, ride sign-up, and answers to all your questions.

10:00am - 5:00pm

Dreamcatcher Lift Open

Ride the big one, from the top of Grand Targhee Resort all the way to the base area.  With almost 2000 ft. of vertical, you’ll be ready for a breather after a few laps.

10:00am - 4:00pm

DEMO BIKES AVAILABLE

Bring ID and a Credit card

Demo bikes from your favorite manufacturers and discover new brands too! Chat with brand staff about what your next bike could be. Demo rules to follow.

12:30pm - 5:30pm

Expo Area Open

Enjoy The Vendors & Gear Expo

Our partners, vendors, and gear participants will open to show you their latest fair.  Pick up some free shwag and talk bikes with industry insiders and local business.

10:00am - 5:00pm

Shoshone Lift Open

Take some hot laps on trails ranging from beginner to pro.  Shoshone lift has flow trails, rhythm trails, and several park lines built into the natural features.

Stretching and Mobility Clinic

Open to all abilities

Meet on the lawn adjacent to the Trap Bar at the base area for a free, morning, guided stretching session. All abilities welcome. Festival pass required. Please bring your own mat as mat availability is very limited.

This ride meets at Meet at Fitzgerald’s Bicycles in Victor, Idaho a 40 minute drive from Grand Targhee Resort.  End your ride at Grand Teton Brewery.

Mini Clinic: Suspension tech

Free To Festival Particpants

Join Hoback Sport to answer all your questions about suspension set up and new technologies. The Suspension Setup Clinic will address three different suspension settings: Spring Rate (sag), Rebound, and Compression. will talk about what these settings are, how they affect the ride, and how to adjust them.

Enjoy a talk with Tracey Petervery for an introduction on bike-packing. Tracey will discuss, what to pack, how to pack, and her favorite bike packing routes. Tracy is an avid biker of all disciplines and will provide insight into the different kinds of bike-packing. Tracey and her husband Jay Petervery host the Gravel Pursuit in Island Park, September 28th, 2019.
