Each rider is responsible for his or her own well-being, and to ride within his or her skills- and ability-levels.
The lowest spot in Teton Valley is 6100′ above sea level. Our trails are located in a high altitude, fairly dry, alpine environment.
Please stay well-hydrated and be prepared for sudden weather changes.
In addition to having your own well-tuned bike, we recommend bringing:
- plenty of water
- plenty of food
- extra layers/clothing and a waterproof shell
- basic first aid supplies
- tools and supplies to deal with typical mechanical issues on the trail
- a smile
- bear spray (talking/singing while riding in groups helps alert the wildlife to our presence, so hopefully this is just in case…
