WYDAHO RENDEZVOUS BIKE FESTIVAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION & POLICIES
Your registration includes admission to the demo event, access to parties and contests, and Wydaho swag. Discounted lift tickets are available for the festival weekend and must be purchased with your festival pass. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and lodging arrangements. We recommend that you bring your own bike to the festival. For the bike demos, you must have a form of ID and Credit/Debit Card to demo a bike. You should also bring your pedals, helmet, hydration pack and bike clothing. Please review our registration policies below before signing up.
You may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in writing no later than one week before the event you are registered for. Your request must include the full name of the registrant, email address, and order number, as well as the name and email address of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation email will be sent to the new person. Transferring registration does not guarantee correct festival t-shirt size will be available for the new registrant.
We must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy in order to organize the highest quality event and to run our event; we’re sure you understand. Our cancellation policy states that there are NO refunds if you cannot attend the event.
We will, however, consider a credit good for one year for admission to another Wydaho Rendezvous Bike Festival event, only if you notify us at least one month prior to the event start date that you registered for. Add-on’s to your event registration such as clinics can also be credited. Jersey orders associated with your registration will not be refunded, but can be mailed.
Within one week of the event start date, transfer and credit are not available.
There are many providers of travel insurance. If you’re interested in travel insurance, please go online and find one that best suits your needs and financial criteria. No one ever plans NOT to come, and anything could happen…even to you! We hate saying “Sorry, we cannot refund your money” when an attendee has to cancel and did not purchase travel insurance.
We will not refund or transfer your money if you have to cancel within one week of the event start date for the event you registered for.
